There is NO WAY you could memorize every little thing essential oils can help with. They weren't kidding when they say "There is an oil for that."

That is why reference books are a great resource to have for yourself in in classes. At THE END of a class we like to let everyone who came some time to look through and write down the oils they need for greater health.

GIVEAWAY

Giveaways are a great way to end the class.

 

Giveaways items can be anything from the free (5ml) wild orange that came in your class in a box, a homemade sugar scrub, extra product your have, etc. Make it simple. 

 

These are fun for the participants at the class to win something free and it's a great way to gather up everyones contact information so you know how to properly follow up with them.

CLOSING

Our upline, Triple Presidential Diamond, Allyse Sedivy explains how she closes at the end of the class in a simple, effective and natural way. (Yes, She has hit presidential diamond 3 x's! She knows her stuff and is a powerhouse!)

Write down and practice your own version in your own words how you will share the 3 paths in doTERRA and the close. 

SHORT BUSINESS INTRO AFTER CLASS

After you have gone around the room and helped everyone pick a kit and answer any questions (around 10-15 minutes) invite anyone interested in the "Building" pathway to stick around.

 

I like to hand everyone a Build Guide, (You can download it below or order them through doTERRA)  but it's up to you. I then go through the build guide and share exactly why and how this business works and end with my story.

TIPS

  • Keep it simple! You want someone to look at you and think “Hey, I could do that!” Sometimes we get so caught up in making a production, we scare away potential builders who would love to be educators also. Keep it super simple!

  • It’s nice to have 1 Wellness Advocate for every 3-4 guests. So remember, your class doesn’t have to be large. This allows us to address their concerns and help them pick what’s right for them at a class.

  • Have 2-3 modern essential books to look up items. Remember, we want to empower them! Teach them to look up the problem, even if you know the answer. “Teach a man to fish.”

  • Give each person at the class a pen to take notes and fill out the forms at the end.

  • Let your upline help you teach or first class.

We need to be responsible in the way we are sharing doTERRA. doTERRA doesn't heal or cure any dieases but it considered a supplement to support the body. 

When sharing online I like to always refer to doTERRA approved claims list. I actually keep a printed copy at my desk when making posts online.  I like to say my story with approved claims wording from doTERRA in my wording. Below is an example from my instagram account.

Even when someone tries to ask a question that might not be totally compliant, I always refer back to the approved claims verbiage to reply.

ONE-ON-ONES

Not everyone can make it to classes at a scheduled time. Things come up. People are busier then ever these days. This is when a one-on-one is a great option to consider. 

One-on-ones are just like a class, expect you do it with a friend over the phone, coffee, lunch, play dates, in their home etc. 

Follow the same information and content you learned above, but adapt it to those friends needs. 

People have built their whole business off these one-on-ones and are a great option for people who might be more shy around a group. Try them both and decide what works best for you. There isn't one right way to build this business. One-on-Ones can be a powerful tool for connecting with others on their health goals. 

REAL LIVE CLASS

This recording is an actual live class with all it's imperfections. You are going to hear someone derailing the conversation with negative talk. People showing up late. A child running in the room in underwear. (This is real like, loves!) 

And it was still a successful class because everyone who came was prepped, ready and eager to hear more.
